Annual Parish Meeting
Wednesday 21st May at the Keals’ Village Hall
Doors open at 6:00pm with a start time of 6:15pm
The Annual Parish Meeting is not a meeting of the Parish Council.
It is a meeting which allows members of the Parish Council and local community organisations to explain what they have been doing over the past year and what plans they might have for the coming year.
It is also the forum electors to have their say on anything which they consider is important to the people of the parish.
- Approval of the minutes of the last Parish Meeting on 29th May 2024.
- A talk by Sandra Smith who is the Community Development Officer with YMCA in Lincs.
- Also the following will be invited to attend and present reports at the meeting:-

- The Wildlife Group
- The Friends of St Helen’s Church
- The Keal’s Village Hall Committee

After the Annual Parish Meeting the Parish Council will continue with its Annual Meeting which you are very welcome to stay on for.

Councillors, you are hereby summoned to a meeting of the above-named council, which will be held at The Keals Village Hall, West Keal on Wednesday 21st May 2024 at 7pm. Public and press are welcome to attend.
10 minutes are allocated prior to the start of the meeting for members of the public to ask questions or to make statements to the council. Following this the public are welcome to send any further questions or comments in writing or via email to the council and a response will be made in due course.
