Councillors, you are hereby summoned to a meeting of the above-named council. Public and press are welcome to attend.

10 minutes are allocated prior to the start of the meeting for members of the public to ask questions or to make statements to the council.  Following this the public are welcome to send any further questions or comments in writing or via email to the council and a response will be made in due course.
