Dear Residents of East Keal
As part of our ongoing commitment to improving both the council and the village, we have prepared a short questionnaire which we would invite you to complete.
The responses will allow us to plan ahead for 2025 and beyond. Also included, is a request for permission to hold personal information in order to comply with data protection
and GDPR requirements as defined by the government. Questionnaires will be distributed to all households in the East Kal Parish over the next 7 days. If you do not receive a form, please
contact the Clerk (Pauline Murray) either by emailing clerk@eastkealparishcouncil.gov.uk or calling on 07859 901835.
Completed forms can be returned via email at clerk@eastkealparishcouncil.gov.uk, by posting into any councillor’s post-box, or at the Village Shop where there is a dedicated box for collections.
Responses to questionnaires will be collated and discussed at future meetings of the council.
We thank you all for your continued support and look forward to receiving your responses to better understand the thoughts and feelings of the village as a whole.
Kindest regards
Charlotte

Village Task Force
East Keal has a proud history of volunteering to keep the village looking lovely and tidy. Volunteers play a vital role in stepping in to do some of the jobs central council is no longer able to provide due to budget cuts.
As such, we are keen to continue the volunteering tradition in the village and are interested to know what type of voluntary work could be done and by whom. So, if you have any spare time, the Village Task Force, headed up by the Chair of the Council, Charlotte Mahoney, would love to hear from you.
In order to gauge what type of work the Task Force could take on please complete the below table.
